General Information
Lankaawo Travels (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) offers travel services including package tours, hotel reservations, transport arrangements, and related travel activities in Sri Lanka.

Scope of Services
All services offered are described in the respective travel offer and booking confirmation. Special requests are subject to written confirmation by the Company.

Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation and an advance payment as specified in the offer. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation.

Liability
The Company acts as an agent between clients and hotels, transport providers, and other third parties. Liability is limited to services directly provided by the Company. Clients are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and health requirements.

Insurance
Travel insurance (health, accident, cancellation) is strongly recommended. The Company does not provide insurance services.

Privacy
Personal data will be processed only for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for the fulfillment of services.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Sri Lanka.
